Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and arrive within 3-8 days.

If for any reason you're not satisfied, please email us at alltiedupknits@gmail.com. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. The items must be unwashed and returned in its original packaging.

Some custom orders cannot be returned. If there is an issue with the product, please email us as soon as possible.
